DNK offers three distinct investment tiers in which our investors can participate. Each tier generates income for the investor.

Retail Investor
As a retail investor, individuals purchase newer homes to buy and hold with a tenant for monthly cash flow. These properties are fully upgraded with new countertops, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, fireplaces, updated fixtures, appliances and security systems. Complete property management services including tenant placement is also included for a nominal monthly fee.  These properties are perfect investment properties as they are centrally located to many desirable areas.  More importantly, the properties are purchased with equity still in them.

Wholesale Investor
As a mid tier investor, you can participate in retail purchases and wholesale purchases alike.  Purchasing properties wholesale allows the investor to purchase DNK hand selected properties that are priced far below market value, share in the renovation process and realize profit by selling the upgraded property at full market value. DNK oversees the process to get the properties ready for retail sale and ensures that our high level of quality comes through in every detail and in a timely manner. DNK also provides a venue for potential buyers to see the completed properties when they are available for retail sale.

Global Investor
As a top level investor, you can participate on the retail and wholesale levels as well as participate in short and long term investments that generate residual income. Our new construction projects showcase DNK's highest level of commitment to quality and excellence. Sedona Construction, Inc., the DNK construction division, is known for building exquisite homes in exclusive, upscale communities with amenities that will show the true meaning of luxury to the most discriminate buyer. DNK top level investors will share in these various earning avenues, profit sharing and annual company bonuses.
